Dangote appoints daughters Fatima, Mariya, Halima, to head key operations across Dangote group

Aliko Dangote, Africa’s richest businessman, has elevated his daughters to key leadership roles as part of a broader succession strategy and expansion drive at the Dangote Group.

According to Arise TV, Fatima will oversee commercial operations in the oil and gas division, Mariya will head the cement and food businesses, while Halima will manage the Family Office and supervise international operations in Dubai and London.

The appointments come as the Group accelerates the expansion of the Dangote Petroleum Refinery & Petrochemicals and works toward a projected $100 billion valuation by 2030.
