The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), expressed confidence on Monday that he would secure a decisive victory if he were to run for the presidency.
Speaking during a media session with selected journalists, Wike stated that he believes Nigerians hold him in high regard. “Nigerians still love me, and if I run for the presidential election, they will vote for me massively”.
The Minister highlighted his ability to relate easily with ordinary Nigerians, noting that his accomplishments as former Governor of Rivers State and current FCT Minister serve as a testament to his leadership.
Wike also expressed confidence that, even if the recently concluded council elections in the nation’s capital were held again, his supporters would emerge victorious.
